Hello, my name is Ronan O'Connor, welcome to the "Get the Edge" weekends in Kerry I have been involved in playing and training teams for many years and it is something I am very passionate about.  I have been fortunate enough through hard work to have played Kerry minor, U21 and a member of the National League and All Ireland winning Senior football team in 2004.

My philosophy on team sports it that a group of players must be greater than the sum of its individual talents, and everybody on the team not only the stars be empowered to grow as individuals and encouraged to accept responsibility.  Through my experience I found a properly structured "bonding weekend" was also way essential in this process and also in the nurturing and development of a team spirit.  It is our objective at "Get the Edge" to create an environment that will assist the team in realising their potential.
